Noura is an AI-powered nutrition assistant that operates through WhatsApp. It helps you register meals, track water intake and body weight, follow a nutrition plan, view daily progress and build healthy habits using text, voice and photo messages.

Noura is not a medical service. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice, and it does not replace nutritionists, doctors or other healthcare professionals. Information provided by Noura is for general informational and organizational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, diet or medical conditions.

Nutrition estimates, food recognition and insights generated by AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying information that is important to your health. The Service is provided to support your habits, not to guarantee any specific outcome.

• Use Noura only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Keep your WhatsApp account secure.

All content, branding, software and materials related to Noura are owned by Noura AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We strive to keep Noura available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noura AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Your use of Noura is at your own discretion and risk.

You may stop using Noura and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Noura, other users or third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
